Mansignment Shop, LLC Consignment Contract

I hereby consign items to Mansignment Shop, LLC for a period of 60 days. I accept that all prices will be set by Mansignment Shop, LLC.

I understand that in order to get the best price for my consignments, they need to be as clean as possible. If I choose to let Mansignment Shop perform this service, there will be a fee added onto the agreement. A fee of 1%-10% will be determined by the amount of time and materials needed to present the consignment in the best shape possible.

I understand that if items are sold within the 60 day selling period, I will receive 60% of the purchased price. I understand that after 30 days, the price may be discounted according to market demand, season, or clearance events.

I understand that if the item doesn’t sell after 60 calendar days, I have two options:

I can pick up the items within 72 hrs of being notified. __________ (initial) 

I agree to allow Mansignment Shop, LLC to have ownership of my items (after the 60 days) & sell them by whatever means they deem necessary. __________ (initial)

I will not hold Mansignment Shop, LLC responsible for loss or damage to merchandise caused by theft, fire, accident, or other causes.

I will be paid for items by cash or check (per Mansignment Shop, LLC discretion) at the end of the 60 days, OR I may use the amount towards a purchase when I shop in person. IF used towards another purchase, you will receive an extra 3% off.

Sales will be kept as store credit unless a check is verbally requested. At the end of 365 days, unclaimed amounts will be automatically sent out if over $50. Less than $50 will be forfeited.
